Wildflower Honey Details
Wildflower honey is a polyfloral honey, which means that bees visit several different kinds of plants in their pursuit of nectar. As such, each honey harvest will have variations in taste and color depending on the blossoms the bees have visited. We harvest our Appalachian Wildflower Honey in the late springtime after the bees have visited daffodils, dandelions, buttercups, tulips, dogwoods, and other local flora and fauna.

Someone brought the wildflower honey to a party and I could not believe how absolutely delicious this particular honey was. I will eventually try your other flavors but this was the BEST honey I have every had in my entire life and I am 64 years old. I am excited to order this from you.
