What is a Tonic? A tonic is intended to promote the body’s inner vitality. They are nourishing, gentle, and generally safe for longer-term use
How much/often do I take them? Refer to the serving size suggestions on the labels for prodouct specific info. Tonics are designed to be taken seasonally and as needed.
How long will they last? Raw Honey and raw apple cider vinegar will not spoil. We suggest a “best by” date of 2 years so that the medicinal strength of the herbs are at their peak.
Do I need to refrigerate them? Refrigeration is recommended for longer-term storage to preserve the medicinal strengh of the herbs. If kept out of the fridge, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high heat. If they are kept out of the fridge and not exposed to temperature extremes, they will not spoil.
