Description
Asheville Bee Charmer’s Meadowfoam hails from the great state of Oregon. One of our most popular & tastiest honeys, our Meadowfoam Honey has a noticeable taste of vanilla and roasted marshmallow.
Meadowfoam is named after the way in which the meadows, when in full bloom with the meadowfoam flower, tends to resemble a sea of beautiful white foam.
Perfect to add a little flavor to a hot tea or drizzle over goat or blue cheeses. Pure, raw, & delicious, our Meadowfoam Honey is one of the tastiest honeys in the world, hands down.
Meadowfoam Honey has a higher fructose to glucose ratio and, therefore, will crystalize over time. In order to take the honey back to a liquid state, just heat some water and place the honey jar in the hot water. Or you could just enjoy the crystalized honey, which works great as a spreadable honey over a hot bagel or fresh bread.
Available in both 12 oz. and 3 oz.

Agreed, the flavors are rich: vanilla and marshmallow, and it’s absolutely divine in a cup of black tea with milk. This has got to be one of the most unique honey flavors I’ve ever tasted! Love, love, love it!

This one is my favorite! It’s delicious on everything and really does have hints of vanilla and marshmallow. I drizzle it on ice cream, salads and in my tea cup. Yummy!

This honey is amazing! My wife bought this honey and I switched when my other honey ran out. There was simply no comparison. I am not sure I can go back to “good” grocery store honey.

This is, by far, the best honey I’ve ever had. The marshmallow/vanilla hints are strong. Tupelo and Sourwood honeys are fine, but this is the true queen of honey.

Agree with all the reviews! remarkable how the hints of marshmallow and vanilla come through without being overly sweet. Excellent on toast, on my oatmeal or cereal and in a cup of tea.
