Asheville Bee Charmer’s Bee Pollen is harvested near the North Georgia / North Carolina border. Bee Pollen is collected right from the bee’s knees. It is a great source of protein and is considered a “superfood.” We have had many customers attest to the fact that local pollen has assisted in helping work as an immune builder towards local allergies. Bee Pollen also gives one an energy boost.

We recommend taking only a few granules of bee pollen at a time, and then working your way up to a 1/2 teaspoon to a teaspoon after a few weeks – to make sure you are not allergic to those specific types of pollen. You can add pollen to your morning cereal, smoothie, or yogurt.
