ABC Blackberry Honey
$7.00 – $18.00
The wet climate of the Pacific Northwest provides ideal growing conditions for wild blackberries, and thus blackberry honey. Come late spring, dormant plants explode with delicate white blossoms that provide ample pollen for hungry honeybees. The honey they produce adds a pleasant but not overpowering sweetness to tea and baked goods.
You may be wondering why our blackberry honey comes from the Pacific Northwest. Blackberries grow all over the US, including in our home in the southern Appalachian mountains, but to make pure blackberry honey, it’s all about the concentration of brambles. The density of bushes allows for pure monofloral blackberry honey. While blackberries found in other parts of the US are also pollinated by honeybees, the resulting nectar and pollen is mixed with other flowers and results in wildflower honey instead.
Enjoy this universally delicious honey!

This is my favorite honey! I’ve always used honey for teas and recipes in the past but the taste of this Blackberry Honey blew me away. You’ll want to enjoy it by the spoonful! I especially love it with green and oolong teas. The flavor is stellar but doesn’t overwhelm the more subtle notes in your teas. I absolutely recommend this honey 100%!

AMAZING!!! Best honey ever!!! Like seriously, I don’t know what to do with all the other honey I bought, this stuff is so ultimate I think it’s going to be my one and only honey going forward. Tastes like Jello, very nice blackberry flavor. And dark colored as well, so it will be good for sore throats. The only thing that came close in flavor was the honey pacifica raspberry, but that was a grainy texture and light in color. This blackberry stuff is super smooth, no graininess. I want to try the cranberry flavor as well, it’s on its way. Unfortunately they’re out of raspberry so i can’t really compare to that just yet either. I can’t believe honey can taste this good.

Best honey I’ve tried. Couldn’t believe how similar the taste is to eating a ripe, juicy, blackberry. I love it in whole wheat sourdough toast.
