Shipping Policy

Asheville Bee Charmer currently only ships via UPS. We take great pride in getting shipments out ASAP, and we packaged with GreenWrap to assure a safe, eco-friendly, and classy arrival.

We will email a tracking # to the email you provide us as soon as your shipment has been put together and processed.

Return Policy

Asheville Bee Charmer takes great pride in its products.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit, or refund.

  • We ship UPS only
  • Return credit and exchanges require an Asheville Bee Charmer receipt.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Opened items are not eligible for full return credit.
  • Items that are shipped to Asheville Bee Charmer without adequate packing to ensure safe return, and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
  • Please return via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes.
  • In returned packages include: Your Name, Phone #, and Email (we will email you a new tracking #). If you are wishing to Exchange an item, include in writing the name of the item.
  • Asheville Bee Charmer is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
