- Return credit and exchanges require an Asheville Bee Charmer receipt.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Opened items are not eligible for full return credit.
- Items that are shipped to Asheville Bee Charmer without adequate packing to ensure safe return, and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
- Please return via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes.
- In returned packages include: Your Name, Phone #, and Email (we will email you a new tracking #). If you are wishing to Exchange an item, include in writing the name of the item.
- Asheville Bee Charmer is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
