Q: Will you be wearing masks?
A: All of our worker bees will be wearing masks for curbside pick up. We have also installed a plexiglass window for extra protection and will be sanitizing frequently! Although not required, we kindly ask our customers to wear masks when coming to pick up your order if you have the means to.
Q: How can I place a curbside pick-up order?
A: We have several ways you can order with us!
- Order online and choose “curbside pick-up” under shipping at check out. We will give you a call when we have your order ready!
- Give us a call at our 32 Broadway Location (828)505-7736 and we can take your order over the phone.
- Stop by our walk-up window and tell us what honey you can’t live without and we will check you out right away!
Please note: You can make payment when you place your order online, over the phone, or at pick up. We will not be accepting cash at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: What hours are you open for curbside pick-up?
A: Curbside is available Monday – Saturday from 10-4 and Sundays from 10-2 at our 32 Broadway Location.
Q: If I order online, when will my order be ready?
A: If you order online during our designated Curbside pick-up hours, your order should be ready within 1 – 2 hours. If you order outside that time, please allow us time to come in to fulfill your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a call from one of our worker bees to let you know it’s ready!
Q: Where should I park?
A: There is street parking available in front of our store as well as 30-minute loading zones. Feel free to park in the loading zone with your hazard lights if it is available. At this time, metered parking in downtown Asheville is free, but it is subject to change at the City of Asheville’s discretion.
