Soy Honey Glazed Salmon Ingredients

4 salmon filets
1/3 cup soy (I used Tamari)
1/3 cup wildflower honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or olive oil)
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon peeled minced fresh ginger

Soy Honey Glazed Salmon Instructions

Marinate the salmon: Place salmon in a large zipped bag. In a medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic & ginger together and pour into the bag (You can hold some of the marinade back to drizzle over the fish after it’s cooked).

Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Preheat oven (or grill) to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wrap in foil and place on grill skin side down.

Bake or grill for about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.

You can take the glaze you poured off and heat slowly in a small pot to thicken. Once the fish is cooked, pour the thickened glaze over the salmon and serve over rice with your favorite herbs.
