8 boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken thighs cut into small pieces
⅔ cup flour (or gluten-free flour)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon olive oil or grapeseed oil or vegetable oil
Honey Butter Sauce Ingredients
⅓ cup Wildflower Honey
1/2 cup butter unsalted
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Pan Fried Chicken Instructions
In a large bowl or a large flat plate, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Add the chicken chunks and coat them well with the flour mixture.
Heat a large pan with oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken on each side until it is crispy and golden brown on the outside.
